Robert Trzópek is one of the greatest Polish chefs. He is the only Pole who had worked for six years in restaurants which are considered the world’s best. He is an eminent cook with great experience in traditional kitchen and at the same time he is a specialist in the “cuisine of the future” also called molecular gastronomy.The menu that he has created is short and it is constantly changing, as the dishes served in the restaurant are prepared only from fresh and seasonal Polish and European products.
